Our Work and Who Owns It
The writing, photography, design, code, logos, and trademarks on this site belong to Geving Studios or to the clients whose work is shown, and are used here with permission. Client logos and trademarks belong to those clients. Please do not reproduce, distribute, or modify any of it without asking first.
Ownership of work we create for a client is set out in that client’s agreement, not by this page.
Case Studies and Results
The projects and testimonials shown here describe what happened for specific clients in specific circumstances. They are honest accounts, not a promise that your project will produce the same outcome.
Getting in Touch and Submissions
Sending the contact form starts a conversation. It does not create a contract, reserve time on our calendar, or obligate either of us to anything. Work begins only once scope and terms are agreed in writing.
If you send us unsolicited project ideas, feedback, or suggestions through this site or via email, you agree that we may use them without restriction, compensation, or obligation to you, unless we have a separate signed non-disclosure agreement in place.

Where we link to a client’s website or an outside resource, we do not control that site and are not responsible for its content or privacy practices.
