Aleph Ventures invests in, builds, and buys painting companies across North America. They needed a brand that could communicate the weight of a private equity firm while still feeling approachable to the blue-collar operators they partner with.
The existing identity didn't reflect the scale of a 24-company portfolio generating over $70M in revenue. They needed a brand that earned trust at the conference table and on the job site.
We anchored the rebrand around Aleph's core philosophy: turn your trade into an asset. The brand had to bridge the gap between boardroom credibility and boots-on-the-ground authenticity, and it had to hold up across 24+ partner companies.
The visual language had to feel durable, built different, like the companies Aleph partners with. Clean geometry, bold typography, and a restrained palette designed to hold up at scale.
Aleph needed a brand that could scale across 24+ partner companies without losing its edge. The whole identity is built on yoking up, locking arms with owners and building alongside them. Partnership isn't a talking point here. It's the foundation, and every piece of the brand has to prove it.
